SOUTH PADRE ISLAND – Officials are warning those currently at South Padre Island to expect traffic delays on Wednesday.

The Texas Department of Transportation will be closing one lane westbound on the Queen Isabella Memorial Causeway.

The causeway will be closed from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
