MERCEDES - A number of Valley soccer teams were trying to scale the wall and advance to regional semi-final tournaments on Friday.  A highly anticipated match between the unbeaten boys of Valley View and two-time state entrant Lopez went fittingly to penalty kicks before a winner was decided.  CHANNEL 5's Joel Villanueva has highlights from that match and others in the night's "On the Pitch" coverage.
