Raid in Starr County
STARR COUNTY – Two people were taken into custody after a raid in Starr County.
The Starr County Special Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at a home in the La Rosita area. The home was surrounded by a block fence, electric gates and burglar bars. The Starr County Special Crimes Unit got into the home by pulling apart the front door with a wrecker.
Authorities seized cash, cocaine and crack cocaine which were within the walls.
One man and one woman are charged with manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance.
