Robledo Misses the Cut

ERIN, WI - What does local golfer Roman Robledo have in common with the top three ranked golfers in the world?  None of the players will be competing when the U.S. Open Golf Championship resumes on Saturday.  Dustin Johnson, Rory McIlroy, and Justin Day all failed to make the cut after 36 holes at the Wisconsin course at Erin Hills.  That gives a good idea of just how difficult this year's 18 holes have played.  Robledo backed up his first round 78 with a seven-over par 79 to finish at 157 and 13 strokes over par.  And while disappointed with the overall finish, the former Harlingen South and University of Houston player feels good about what he accomplished just to join this year's U.S. Open entry list.  Our story is reported on video by CHANNEL 5's Joel Villanueva.
