Temporary Housing Extended for Those Affected by Hurricane Harvey

WESLACO – The Federal Emergency Management Agency is extending the temporary housing for those affected by Hurricane Harvey.

The Temporary Sheltering Assistance Program is now extended until June 30, with a checkout date of July 1.

A spokesperson for FEMA says the program is currently helping 1,600 households in Texas.
