WESLACO – Rio Grande Valley officials are preparing for hurricane season.
Hurricane Harvey, Michael and Irma – each one of these powerful storms taught a lesson to the counties they hit.
City and county leaders are doing what they can to make sure flood victims never has to go through what they did again.
They met with Harris County Emergency Management to bring lessons they learned back from Hurricane Harvey, one of the most devastating storms in history.
