Economy in Rockport Still Affected 1 Year after Hurricane Harvey
ROCKPORT – The city of Rockport took a direct hit from Hurricane Harvey in 2017.
Residents in the area are still impacted one year after the storm.
Business owner Rusty Day decided to stay in town even though many decided to leave.
He says he knows he’s not the only one still recovering.
