DONNA - The acting Department of Homeland Security secretary will be in the Rio Grande Valley Thursday.

Chad Wolf will be visiting the site of a federally approved border wall project near Donna.

He is also set to make stops in El Paso and Austin.

This is Wolf's seventh day on the job as acting secretary.
