The break happened overnight at Minnesota Avenue and Bernal Drive.

The advisory impacts Brownsville Public Utility Board customers within the areas between FM 802 and Dockberry Road and between Central Avenue and Oklahoma Avenue.

Brownsville PUB says customers should boil water for two minutes before consumption. Officials said they’ll notify customers when the boil water advisory is cancelled.
