Brownsville Man Concerned for Safety after BB Gun Shatters Window
BROWNSVILLE – Hundreds of dollars in damage in a Brownsville neighborhood.
Police say the suspect used a BB gun.
Melissa Gonzalez, police spokesperson, confirmed the incident happened Sunday night.
Investigators are waiting for the person who filed the report to come forward.
Gonzalez explained some air soft or BB guns can be mistaken for legitimate handguns.
If someone is caught using in a wrong or negligent way they can get 180 days in jail or pay a fine of up to $2,000.
