EDINBURG – A Rio Grande Valley family says they don’t know what do to with evidence of a chase left behind on their property.

The family says they want to know if the suspects were caught and how to rid of items left behind, such as bloody clothing and a cell phone.

On Sunday, two men who were running from police jumped onto the property.

"One running on the left side of my house toward the street, and another one running back toward my house toward my gate, going the other way,” explains the property owner.

She explains she contacted the Department of Public Safety and the Edinburg Police Department about the incident.

KRGV’s Christian von Preysing reached out to DPS. A spokesperson says they’re making arrangements to pick up the evidence left behind.
