The terrorist attacks of 9/11 didn't just change things nationally; they sparked something within local leaders in the Valley. 

Harling Mayor Christopher Boswell remembers precisely where he was and what he was doing when that Tuesday morning, 20 years ago. 

After the attacks, Boswells says the city went into mourning and held events to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost.
