EDINBURG – An arrest was made in the string of burglaries at UTRGV’s Edinburg campus.

Richard Fletcher, a 17-year-old high school student, was charged with five counts of burglary to a building.

The burglaries happened last week at the education complex.

URTGV Police Chief Raul Munguia said some items that were reported missing were recovered. The investigation is ongoing.
