EDINBURG--An Edinburg man is charged with criminal attempt murder and tampering with evidence.
     According to Edinburg asst. police chief Oscar Trevino, 30-year-old Luis Alfredo Rios is accused of shooting 24-year-old Oscar Perez in the head after a dispute Sunday morning. Perez was found in the front yard of a home on the 900 block of Lovett St.
     Perez remains hospitalized Saturday.
