EDINBURG – The Edinburg recall process can now move forward.

The city attorney told CHANNEL 5 NEWS the forms required in a recall are available.

City council voted to approve them last week.

Those who filed a recall petition have less than 30 days to collect thousands of signatures.

Due to a delay in approving the required forms, petitioners will likely have to re-file to restart their 30 day deadline.
