WESLACO - The first Wednesday in February is always a special day for both high school athletes, and colleges and universities.  National Signing Day brings together some of the country's top players with schools eager to welcome them at the next level.  CHANNEL 5's Joel Villanueva has the wrap up on the young men and women that signed here in at home.
