MCALLEN – An area off of Ware Road in McAllen will be closed until Jan. 25.

The closure will be between Mile 3 and Mile 5 roads.

A Texas Department of Transportation spokesperson said they are adding utility crossings in the area.

To make the additions, the city will have to tear the road.
