Alleged Kidnapper, Murderer Expected to be Arraigned
MISSION - A man accused in a kidnapping that ended in a man's death is due back in court Monday.
Alfredo Huerta is expected to be arraigned on a capital murder charge.
His arraignment last week was rescheduled after certain documentation was missing.
Court records allege he and two others abducted, shot and killed a man in late July.
The victim's body was found in an orchard near Mission.
