MCALLEN – The McAllen Police Department is asking the public to help them locate an individual accused of sexual assault and indecency with a child.

Officials say the abuse was reported to police on Monday, Oct. 29.  

An arrest warrant was then issued for Ernesto Manzanares almost two days later, according to a press release sent out Thursday.

The 39-year-old is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
