CEO of Southwest Key Programs Speaks Out on Immigration Crisis
BROWNSVILLE – A leader of the program that manages shelters for the federal government says they’re not responsible for separating children and their families at the border.
Dr. Juan Sanchez, CEO of Southwest Key Programs, says many of the children at the center are unaccompanied minors who crossed the border illegally.
Sanchez says the other accompanied minors were placed in their custody under the Trump administration’s zero-tolerance policy.
