McALLEN - International competition is almost never a part of Texas UIL basketball.  Yet, during the holiday hoop season there's always room for one more at the table at the City of Palms Tournament.  This year's field included a select team from Nuevo Leon, Mexico.  CHANNEL 5's Ruben Juarez reports.
