Hearing for Border Patrol Agent Charged with Capital Murder Set for October
LAREDO – It has been a year since a South Texas Border Patrol agent was arrested for an alleged killing spree.
Last year, Ortiz was caught hiding in a parking lot after one of the would-be victims escaped.
The Webb County District Attorney is preparing for the trial.
