WESLACO – A Rio Grande Valley woman says she’s concerned after her new roof started leaking.

Karen Thompson-Malone’s trailer’s roof and room were ripped apart and soaked during storms in 2016.

She says a private non-profit agency, Endeavors, also formally known as Family Endeavors, helped her get a new home built.

However, new issues have risen which she reported to the company.

Endeavors, on the other hand, says they’re not responsible for repairs anymore.

KRGV’s Angelo Vargas went looking for answers.
