New Falfurrias Checkpoint Now Open

FALFURRIAS – The new Falfurrias Border Patrol Checkpoint is now in operation as of Wednesday.

The new facility is larger than the previous one used since the 1990s.

It includes five additional lanes for northbound traffic.

The project cost $29 million.
