One Person in Custody in Harlingen Child Exploitation Investigation
HARLINGEN – Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed one person was taken into custody in an ongoing child exploitation investigation.
Several law enforcement agencies arrived at the 1900 block of Washington Avenue in Harlingen early Tuesday morning.
Homeland Security Investigations and the Department of Homeland Security’s RGV Child Exploitation Task Force are working the case. The Harlingen police are providing assistance.
At this time, authorities aren’t releasing many details on the investigation. We will continue to report the latest as it becomes available.
