ALTON – Emergency services in Alton continues with another company.

The city of Palmview’s emergency medical services will serve the area.

Alton will house two Palmview EMS vehicles and staff.

The agreement for the cities to work together was finalized late last month.

Hidalgo County EMS previously served the city.
