RIO HONDO - When an athlete wins three state championships over her high school career, it's safe to say she knows quite a bit about the dedication necessary to be successful in the sport.  Such is the case for Rio Hondo power lifter Andrea Ramirez. Fresh off another championship, the senior knows her achievement is another one to be proud of.  CHANNEL 5's Ruben Juarez reports.
