In Port Isabel, community groups and cities against those pipelines have one main message, the fight isn't over.
South Padre Island and Port Isabel are just two of the cities standing against the pipelines that are worried about how they may impact public health, the environment and tourism economy.
South Padre Island City council member Kerry Schwartz says there's still more permits and approval the LNG companies need before that pipe can be put in the ground.
