HIDALGO - The losses have both been close.  At the end of the day, the Rio Grande Valley Vipers are still looking for the win column after a second consecutive close loss.  The Wisconsin Herd took a road win from the locals on Monday 115-113.  CHANNEL 5's Joel Villanueva has the highlights.
