Donna ISD Officer on Administrative Leave after Firearm Discharged
DONNA – A Donna Independent School District police officer is on administrative leave after accidentally discharging a firearm.
It happened last Thursday at the Donna High School police substation.
Three officers were inside the station at the time of the incident.
According to Donna ISD police, no one was injured.
Preventative measures are being taken to ensure these types of incidents do not occur, according to the district police chief.
