EDINBURG - There were a pair of tight finishes for Vaqueros' basketball on Thursday night with the two teams playing at home coming up as winners.  The men won their fourth WAC game, exceeding the three total wins recorded last season, by edging Grand Canyon at the UTRGV Field House in Edinburg.  The woes of the women continued in Arizona.  They lost by a point to move to 1-7 in conference.  CHANNEL 5's Brandon Ortega has the story.
