Border Patrol in Starr Co. Seize Drugs after Spotting Smugglers Loading Vehicle
LA ROSITA – Authorities in Starr County have recovered a luxury SUV from the Rio Grande River.
It was driven into the waters intentionally so the driver could escape.
The splashdown incident happened in La Rosita near Rio Grande City.
