The common law husband of an Alamo city secretary is also behind bars.

Eddie Ramirez is charged with tampering and fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair.

His bond was set at $40,000.

Ramirez's wife, Crystal Garza, is accused of leaking sensitive police information.

She was charged Friday with engaging in criminal organized activity.

Garza had been working for the city for at least seven years.
