EDINBURG – Construction on a second drainage project in Edinburg is underway.

This project will be on the East side of the city near Sugar Road and Freddy Gonzalez Drive.

Flooding is an issue for residents in the area.

The drainage work will benefit over 800 homes.

This is the second of ten drainage projects city leaders have planned.
