Edinburg Police: Cyclist at Fault in School Bus Accident
EDINBURG – Edinburg police said the cyclist involved in an accident along with a school bus is at fault.
The crash happened near Joe Ochoa Drive and 107 last month.
Edinburg police said the cyclist failed to properly cross the intersection.
The South Texas ISD school bus, police said, had the right-of-way.
Seven students were on board the bus at the time.
The cyclist suffered injuries and was hospitalized.
Police said she will be cited.
