HARLINGEN - Winning 14 of the first 17 games on this year's basketball schedule has done plenty for the boys at Harlingen.  Besides giving the team a fast start heading into upcoming district games, it's also provided a boost in confidence.  The Cardinals have already equaled last season's win total in pre-district and tournament contests.  CHANNEL 5's Ruben Juarez looks inside the team's early success.
