EDINBURG – Accused of never finishing homes, taking money from clients and now his case is moving forward.

Juan Carlos Carranza is the owner of Newmark Custom Homes.

On Monday, his arraignment was pushed until the end of October.

Carranza was indicted earlier this year and charged with knowingly and intentionally taking money out of construction loans and not building homes.
