PALMVIEW – Authorities released the name of a man killed in a weekend crash north of Palmview.

We’re told 58-year-old Agustin del Angel Flores was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver involved remains at large.

The crash happened Sunday around 11 a.m. Palmview police said a Pontiac veered off Minnesota Road and crashed through a chain-link fence and into a yard.

Del Angel Flores was ejected from the vehicle. Another passenger was taken to the hospital with injuries. Witnesses said the driver fled on foot.
