BROWNSVILLE - The cream of the Valley's soccer crop met in Brownsville for tournament championship action on Saturday.  Penalty kicks decided the girls champion as McAllen edged past Los Fresnos.  CHANNEL 5's Brandon Ortega has the highlights.
