Protesters target McAllen hotel after ICE detains children
Advocates with the Texas Civil Rights Project showed up to a McAllen Hampton Inn on Thursday holding signs.
An Associated Press story revealed several immigrant children are being kept at the hotel by ICE before they're deported.
According to ICE, the agency has used hotels in the past to temporarily shelter children and adults before their deportation.
