BROWNSVILLE – A deal has been struck between officials to make international travel a bit easier in Cameron County.

Brownsville city leaders and county commissioners approved to have the redevelopment of the West Rail corridor move forward.

The rail connects Olmito to the Brownsville and Matamoros International Bridge.
