Smelly Water in Lyford Deemed Safe to Drink
LYFORD – Residents in Lyford still may be smelling a foul odor from their water, but city officials have confirmed it is not dangerous to their health.
City officials say they sent samples of the smelly water reported since Saturday night to a lab for testing.
The city received results back Wednesday, which confirmed the water is not contaminated and is safe to drink.
