Streets Leading Into Granjeno Re-Open After Presidential Motorcade
GRANJENO – The streets leading into Granjeno were blocked for the presidential motorcade.
Residents flooded the streets hoping to catch a glimpse of President Donald Trump.
Texas state troopers blocked the bridges and streets leading into Granjeno to make sure roads were secure.
KRGV’s Angelo Vargas spoke with Granjeno Mayor Yvette Cabrera.
"We have gotten some calls from some people that haven't been able to go in or out," Cabrera says.
She says the president passed through the city without incident and all is back to normal.
