COMBES – The strong winds have uprooted a massive dried-up tree.

Rudy Ruiz was shocked to find the tree had fallen over just outside his home.

“I just thank that nobody got hurt, right? That's what counts. Things can get replaced,” said Ruiz.

The tree landed inches from an empty mobile home.

On the way down, the branches ripped through a few electrical wires which sparked a small fire.

Ruiz says his power was out for over an hour.
