Crowds of supporters and critics gathered near the Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport to see President Joe Biden land.

Many of the over 100 people in the crowd took off of work or took their kids out of school to see the president.

The people that gathered here had different things to say about the president's visit. 

Pro-immigration groups such as La union del Pueblo Entero criticized the president during his visit.

A second group of people gathered Thursday evening to see if they could spot the president before he officially left the Rio Grande Valley.
