ALTO BONITO – Starr County authorities are looking for a suspect who escaped their custody.

Luis Alfredo Salinas, 21, was detained Friday morning following a drug bust by Border Patrol agents.

He managed to escape from the facility.

Agents believe Salinas may have made it into Mexico.
