MISSION – A trial date for the woman accused in a Mission crash that killed a motorcyclist nearly a year ago is set.

Cynthia Arias Heredia, 38, is charged with intoxication manslaughter. She’s accused of hitting 42-year-old Milton Solano last July on FM 495 near Shary Road.

Investigators said she was pulling into a shopping center when she struck Solano.

Her trial is set for Sept. 25.
