WESLACO – The federal government is still looking for more victims after a local doctor was charged in a multi-million healthcare fraud scheme.

A Rio Grande Valley man says he slowly lost his kidney after Dr. Jorge Zamora-Quezada misdiagnosed and prescribed him medication he says he didn’t need.

Elizandro Cortez says at one point, he received about $5,000 worth of injections.
