CORPUS CHRISTI – Twenty Mexican fishermen are in federal custody.

Coast Guard law enforcement crews say they busted the group illegally fishing in U.S. waters off the coast near Corpus Christi.

The busts happened in the span of two days this week.

One hundred red snappers, four lancha boats and fishing gear were seized.
