HARLINGEN – Three teenagers are being accused of a beating at a Harlingen skating rink.

Two boys and a girl are accused of attacking another teen with a bat back in January.

One man is already behind bars in connection with the assault.

All are charged with assault with a deadly weapon and engaging in organized criminal activity.
